Terms of Service
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Welcome to the online shop of 真的好菜 (the "Shop", OMGreens). By placing an order or creating an account you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns policy.
Products and prices
We sell lettuce and mixed boxes grown on our hydroponic farm in Douliu, Yunlin County, Taiwan. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$) and the amount shown at checkout governs; it includes the products and shipping, and the total is shown before you submit the order. Products are agricultural produce, so appearance, size and weight can vary slightly with each harvest. Stock photos are illustrative.
Ordering and when an order is formed
After you submit an order, we hold the stock for you and send you to the payment page. The order is formed only when payment succeeds. Until then, a submitted order is a reservation and does not mean a sales contract exists. If payment is not made before the deadline, the reservation lapses automatically and the stock is released. After payment succeeds, we email an order confirmation.
We harvest to order. If stock runs short, or a natural disaster or other event prevents supply, we will notify you and cancel the order, and any amount paid is refunded in full.
Payment methods and deadlines
We accept credit card, ATM transfer and convenience-store payment code, processed by ECPay; the personal data involved is described in the Privacy Policy. Deadlines: card payments must be completed within 30 minutes of submitting the order; ATM transfer and convenience-store codes must be paid within 3 days, and the deadline stated in your payment instructions governs. Unpaid orders lapse automatically after the deadline.
Delivery area and timing
We deliver to the main island of Taiwan only; outlying islands and overseas addresses are not served at present. Orders travel by cold chain (refrigerated) and normally arrive in about 1 to 2 days; typhoons, heavy rain, long holidays and other force majeure can cause delays. Please give accurate recipient details and keep your phone reachable so a failed delivery does not hurt quality.
Shipping fee
The cold-chain shipping fee and the free-shipping threshold are as shown at checkout. Shipping fees are not refunded, except that when we refund because of our own fault (late delivery, items not matching the order, or obvious damage in transit), the shipping fee is refunded too.
Cancellation and refunds
You may abandon an unpaid order at any time. For a paid order that has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible for a full refund. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Refunds go back to the original payment method; details are in the Returns policy.
No 7-day withdrawal for fresh produce
We sell fresh vegetables, which spoil easily and have a short shelf life. Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 2 of the Rules on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales, such goods are not covered by the 7-day unconditional withdrawal after delivery. We show this notice at checkout before payment and you must tick a confirmation box before you can submit the order. If something is wrong with your delivery, contact us on the day you receive it (within 24 hours at the latest); see the Returns policy for how we handle it. This does not affect your other rights under the law.
Member accounts
An account is for your own use; please keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. We may suspend or end an account where we find abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, images, trademarks and design of this website belong to the Shop or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability and disputes
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by failures of third-party systems such as payment, courier or telecom services, but we will do our best to help; these terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from a transaction, the courts with jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure and other applicable law apply.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms; revisions are posted on this page with an updated date and do not affect orders already formed.
This page is also available in Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The Traditional Chinese version prevails; if the translations differ or are unclear, the Traditional Chinese version governs.
