Leafy greens hate heat. We harvest to order at the farm in Dounan, pre-cool and pack the lettuce, then hand it to the cold-chain courier, keeping it refrigerated all the way to you. We deliver within Taiwan only.
Delivery process
- Greenhouse harvest: picked to order after payment at our hydroponic farm in Dounan, Yunlin.
- Pre-cool and pack: cooled right after sorting, then sealed to keep fresh.
- Cold chain: refrigerated delivery by cold-chain courier, direct to your door.
- Ready to eat: refrigerate on arrival; the sooner you eat it, the crunchier.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Cold-chain shipping is $120 per order; a single order of $799 or more ships free. Orders usually arrive 1–2 days after shipping. We deliver to Taiwan's main island only; outlying islands are not served.
How should I store the lettuce after it arrives?
Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. The sooner you eat it, the crunchier it is. Wash it just before eating.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has shipped, enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with on the Track order page to see your tracking number.
