Grown hydroponically in greenhouses in Dounan Township, Yunlin County, not in open-field soil. By our estimate, the recirculating system uses only about 6% of the water and nutrients of conventional open-field growing.

  • Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.
  • Eat it soon; the sooner, the crunchier.
  • Wash just before eating: rinse under clean running water and drain.

We harvest and ship only after payment succeeds. Please refrigerate the greens as soon as they arrive. Delivery to Taiwan's main island only; outlying islands are not served. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$). These are perishable fresh vegetables, so the 7-day unconditional withdrawal (cooling-off) period does not apply. If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us with photos on the day you receive it (within 24 hours at the latest). See the Returns policy.
