Returns Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
We sell fresh vegetables. This page explains returns and after-sales handling. Please read it before ordering; we also show it at checkout and ask you to tick a confirmation box.
No 7-day withdrawal for fresh produce
Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 2 of the Rules on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales, goods that spoil easily or have a short shelf life (such as fresh vegetables) are not covered by the 7-day unconditional withdrawal after delivery. Therefore, once delivered, we cannot accept returns because of personal preference, no longer needing the goods or an ordering mistake. This notice is shown at checkout before payment and you must tick a confirmation box. This policy does not affect your other rights under the law.
What to do if your order arrives with a problem
If any of the following applies, please contact us on the day you receive the order (within 24 hours at the latest) with your order number and clear photos (including the outer box and the produce):
- Obvious damage, rot or abnormal temperature caused in transit
- Items that do not match the order, or missing items
- Late delivery that leaves the produce unfit to eat
Once confirmed, we will resend or refund as appropriate. Because fresh produce keeps for a short time, if you contact us later or send no photos we will still look into the case individually, but we may be unable to accept it if the cause cannot be established.
Cancelling an order
- After you submit an order, it is formed only when payment succeeds. You can abandon an unpaid order, and it lapses automatically after the deadline (30 minutes for cards, 3 days for ATM transfer and convenience-store codes, as stated in your payment instructions).
- For a paid order not yet harvested and shipped, contact us as soon as possible for a full refund.
- Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
Shipping fees and refunds
Shipping fees are not refunded, except that when we refund because of our own fault (late delivery, items not matching the order, or obvious damage in transit) the shipping fee is refunded too. Refunds normally go back to the original payment method: card refunds follow the issuing bank's processing time; for ATM transfer or convenience-store payments we will ask for a bank account to refund to. After a refund is confirmed, we process it as soon as possible. We deliver to the main island of Taiwan only; outlying islands are not served at present.
Receiving and storing your order
Please sign for the parcel in person (or have someone do so) and check it on delivery, then refrigerate it right away and eat it soon. We cannot refund quality problems caused by leaving a parcel unclaimed for a long time. For storage tips, see Cooking and storage (Chinese only).
